1. Project Overview

Project Name: LED Video Wall Project for Corporate Casual Reception Area Location: Modern open-plan office campus in North America Application: Visitor reception & lounge zone. Used for brand image presentation, welcome display, corporate video playback and visual content demonstration. 2. Project Background

The client is a large enterprise building a comfortable visitor lounge inside its open office space. The original plain white wall lacked visual focus. The client intended to upgrade the space aesthetic with a high-definition large screen.

Key requirements & pain points:

  1. This area serves as the front reception space. High resolution and accurate color reproduction are required; no visible grain when viewed up close.
  2. Indoor environment: low reflection and high contrast to ensure comfortable long-time viewing.
  3. Limited installation depth. Recessed slim mounting required, with front maintenance design, no rear service space needed.
  4. Flexible content switching: landscape imagery, corporate videos, graphic information for visitor reception and internal leisure scenarios.

After comparing with LCD video wall solutions (obvious seam issue), the client selected COB fine-pitch LED.

3. Solution Design

  1. Hardware: P0.93 COB fine-pitch LED screen. COB packaging with anti-collision, moisture-proof and low-reflection features. Delicate 4K image performance for close viewing.
  2. Structure: Ultra-thin die-cast aluminum cabinets, recessed into the wall for seamless visual integration. Front-maintenance design allows all servicing from the front side, saving backroom space.
  3. Control System: Professional video processor + sending card. Supports 4K signal input, compatible with PC and media players for rolling images, videos and PPT.
  4. Support Service: Rendering proposal, structural drawings, factory lighting testing, installation guidance and commissioning training.

4. Project Implementation

  1. Pre-sales communication: Measure wall dimensions, evaluate lighting and viewing distance on site, confirm technical parameters and layout.
  2. Production: Raw material inspection, module assembly and long-time aging test. Full screen lighting inspection before shipment.
  3. Factory Acceptance: Comprehensive inspection for flatness, color consistency and signal stability. Test video and photos provided for client confirmation.
  4. Delivery & Logistics: Secure packaging. Full set of documents for customs clearance.
  5. On-site Deployment: Installation guide and remote commissioning support. Training for client’s operator on content management and basic troubleshooting.

5. Project Outcome

The LED video wall was successfully installed and commissioned. Stable performance and outstanding visual effect fully meet the client’s expectation. The screen has become the core visual highlight of the reception lounge, greatly enhancing the corporate image. The client is satisfied with the overall solution and will consider further cooperation for future expansion projects.
