Giant Series Rental LED Display — 7.5 kg Die-Cast Cabinet, 80 mm Slim, Front and Rear Service

The Giant Series is a rental LED display built on a die-cast aluminium cabinet that weighs 7.5 kg and measures 80 mm thick. It assembles from 500 × 500 mm and 500 × 1000 mm cabinets in the same screen, forms a seamless 90-degree corner using a 45-degree edge cabinet, and curves between −10° and +10° in 2.5° steps for both concave and convex builds. LED panels are magnetic and can be removed from the front with a tool in about 5 seconds.

Seamless 90-Degree Corner Installation

The corner cabinet can be produced with a 45-degree edge. Two 45-degree edges meet to create a seamless 90-degree corner — a real right angle with no visible gap or filler strip, which matters for stage wings, booth walls, and LED columns.

Concave and Convex Installation: ±10° in 2.5° Steps

Curvature is adjustable in 2.5° increments between −10° and +10°, so the same cabinet set builds a concave backdrop or a convex feature wall. Curved screens follow the stage design instead of forcing the design to follow the screen.

Front and Rear Maintenance
