The RA500 Concert Stage LED Wall is designed for live productions that demand rapid installation, flexible screen geometry, and camera-ready visual performance. With two compatible cabinet sizes, multiple pixel pitches, optional curved splicing, and refresh-rate options up to 7680Hz, the system gives stage contractors a practical platform for concerts, touring shows, music events, and live-stream productions.

Concert LED screens are frequently captured by broadcast cameras, mobile devices, and live-stream equipment. The RA500 offers customized refresh-rate options from 3840Hz to 7680Hz, helping produce clear, flicker-free images on camera. High grey-scale performance supports smoother visual detail across different content and lighting conditions, making the display suitable for main stage backdrops, side screens, and performance environments.

Both 500×500mm and 500×1000mm cabinets use a compatible design and can be combined in one LED wall. Production teams can build conventional rectangular screens or create custom vertical dimensions without being limited to a single cabinet height. This flexibility is valuable when the same rental stock must support different stage widths, truss structures, and venue layouts.

With the optional ±10° arc lock, the RA500 can form concave or convex LED displays. Designers can create curved stage wings, immersive backdrops, and circular structures that add depth to a performance environment. The adjustable locking mechanism helps cabinets meet closely while maintaining the required angle.

The RA500 is engineered to reduce repetitive setup work. Its new module kit uses one-piece adjustment instead of individual buckle-by-buckle tuning, helping technicians achieve consistent module and cabinet flatness more efficiently. Front maintenance also allows modules to be installed or removed conveniently when access behind the screen is limited.

LED modules connect to the HUB card through direct pin insertion, creating a cable-free internal architecture. The detachable power supply box and modular HUB design support faster servicing and cleaner component access. For production teams working under strict load-in and load-out schedules, this structure can reduce unnecessary handling steps.

Built-in corner guards help protect panel edges during packing, transport, rigging, installation, and dismantling. Reinforced corner protection supports the repeated handling conditions common in concert and touring applications. Customized LED chips are designed for dependable performance with a very low broken-chip ratio.
